• Ensure the flowers do not come into direct contact with any surfaces to avoid potential staining or transfer of color.
• Do not place anything on top of the florals, including the box lids. For our Classic Hat Box Collection, we recommend storing the lid underneath the box.
• Never remove the florals from the box or vase. They are carefully and securely arranged.
• Gently remove dust with a soft duster if it settles over time.
• Handle your arrangement with care, as it is delicate.
• Keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight
• Keep your arrangement in a room-temperature environment, as extreme heat or humidity may affect the appearance and longevity of the roses.

Yes. We add a rose scent to the flowers to give them back their wonderful smell. During the preservation process, the natural scent is “taken” away. No current preserved flower will have the scent that nature gave it.
However, we apply our signature floral tonic to each arrangement, giving them a fresh floral fragrance that lasts for several days after delivery.

Yes, we can add your logo on the box and packaging, we usually start from 100pcs at least for logo printing, we can also do customized branding metal label or crystal sticker label, it will be more economic.

We do wholesale only by now, MOQ is 100pcs each type, considering the new buyers or new business, we can do mixed rose colors for the first order, to help buyers test the market.

Generally shipping time depends on what shipping method you chose. We suggest a sea shipping because our product is big size and lightweight, ship by air or express will have a high shipping cost.
